Anyone goto E3? /my report

Got to goto E3 (video game expo) today using someone friend of a friends pass >:D It's pretty cool but didn't have time to sit and play everygame cuz there was alot to see @_@

Halo 2 Sweet trailer, lots of stuff going on in single player, killing giant enemy drop ships @_@ shooting cars to explode near enemys, highjacking a ghost by jumping on it and kicking them off it oh my

MGS3 This trailer looked cool, and was funny too, they dubbed it with stuff like snake with a knife to the soilders throat saying when's the release date! hehe

FFX-2 This was playable but I wasn't about to spend alot of time playing it but the battle system is fast paced compared to FFX

FF Crystal Chronicals I played this with my 2 frens and it used GBA SP's as controllers we didn't know how to do much other than attack and do some charge move with was different for each of us, I dash attack, one healed, one shot a energy blast. We all died fast @_@ It seems fun for 4 ppl thou, but didn't get far to know how good it is.

FFT advance: didn't play this much but the graphics are just soso, not that I expected much from GBA, anyways the gameplay is what matters, and thats not a game I had time to play.

Mario Kart Looks like it might be as classic as the 64 one and the carts arent just carts they fit the chars, I think kirby rides a cardboard box o_O I didn't get to play it but looks cool, but thats not a good way to grade it :l

Sims 2 demo looked funny, but it didnt actually show the game :l

Soul Caliber 2 looks really nice, I missed the tourny thou ;_;

Tons of new MMORPG's including FFXI but its hard to judge those without playing them for awhile.

Some action games like new castlevania, which is 3d and devil may cryish seems decent, TMNT is cell shaded and looks fun but didn't have time to play it :l Couching tiger HD, 7 Samurai, baldurs gate 2, all look decent

Lots of FPS and alot were army ones they all just jumble together so I don't remember them @_@ Half life 2 and Doom3 I remeber thou O_O

oh and there was a Lupin the 3rd game trailer hehe

Free stuff I got: Mario kart T-shirt, they ran out of the FFXI T-shirts :l, Free gamehint book from bradygames cuz they gave them out at the end of the con, Monster Rancher fresbie o_O, bunch of info stuff, pics of all the hot chicks esp dead or alive ones @_@

'Cause the arcade voices were just damn annoying....

What's the word on Doom 3 and (American McGee's) OZ? The dates on these two keep changing? Last year Doom 3 won E3 "best in show" and I had hoped that it would promise a 2002 release date! Nope. They swore up and down "October, October October!" Nope, Then it was March 2003. Nope. WTF! I'm going to kill small innocent creatures once a day; Everyday, until they release this game. It' the whole reason I upgraded! And Oz! 2004 is unacceptable, I want my Oz now. Alice is no longer satiating. I have thoroughly made that game my bitch.

The best thing about E3 are the booth babes. Esp. that Kemco one.

Anyway, I was suprised by how many action RPGs were in development. There's Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Star Ocean 3, Drakengard, and Sword of Mana. That's all right up my alley

Viewtiful Joe also looked and played awesome.

Some good stuff to look forward to, but in both the booth babes and the games departments, this E3 fell flat.

I don't supose FFT os short for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is it? I always thought that game needed a sequal.
