No, I personally dont think that they are hentai. To me Hentai involves blatant sex, consenting or otherwise, between one to multiple parties. Panty shots, nude profiles, and nose bleed inducing naughty thoughts do not qualify as hentai and fall more under the realm of "echhi" which pretty much covers everything that is perverted but not hentai, upto but not limited to semi-soft core pron.

Love Hina -
this is a Girls Boarding-house and they have never had to deal with a Guy Manager freely roaming their personnel space.

Love Hina has a good story line to it and it bout a boy trying to get into Tokyo U and finding the girl he made the promise 2 15 years ago.

Onegai Teacher (please teacher in engish) it really good. I have the sound track to it. I bought the first DVD limited edtoin box for in sound track and the extra stuff that came with it. (mostly the I willing to pay extra for the sound track) I bought it because of the preview I say in the 3rd .hack DVD. Yesterday I got and watch the 2nd Please teacher DVD. I really enjoy the series and I just start watching it this week. I know the name would make you think diffently (that what I though at first)
To sum up Onegai Teacher is really simple it about a boy who find out his new teacher is an alien. The priensible miss understands there relation ship. He ends up marrying his teacher and from there is about how there relaton ship grows. The preview it self is really funny. I unforchaly have ot admint I only seen them dub(they are not bad for a bandi dub) because i was watching them at work on my laptop and I trying watching subs at work before but because I have to jump up and down ever min or 2 to ring up costermers for there gas I end up missing to many key points. I plan to go back and watch it sub title later with my friend since the sub sound a lot better. (bandi just makes really crappy dubs so this was pretty good for a bandi dub but it no where near as good as a pineer dub)
I own both the Onegai Teacher(I got them 2 days ago) teacher mangas and every manga so far released for Love Hina. They are both romininic commidies and I really enjoy those things for some reason. Personly I think Onegai Teacher Anime is a lot better than the Love Hina anime. The mangas seem to go a little fast though.

Jesus, why does everyone dance around the meaning of the word hentai like its something subjective. To answer your question, No on both counts. No debate about it. Hentai is to anime has Porn is to movies. Just cause a movie has some perverted jokes and a few titty shots doesnt make it porn. Same for anime. I really dont understand why so many people seem to have trouble with this. They always bring up the "hentai techically only means pervert in japanese" thing which is completely irrelevent because any use outside Japan, is reffering to anime porn definition. That is its common meaning therefor that is what the word means.

The only thing about Onegai Teach that could possibly be hentai is the very last episode (Epi. 13) but even then they don't show anything much to the dissapotionment of many Mizuho fans. But I think that Love Hina isn't hentai its just ecchi thats all. Another definishion of Hentai is gratuetous sex and/or violence and both Onegai Teach and Love Hina lack both qualities.

Love Hina isnt hentai...atleast not in the way americans mean it which would be "anime pornography" but it is, dont worry if im wrong with spelling.... "ecchi" but other then that no. --; And i dont know about OT never watched it.
