How do you ignore a scar in your soul? Tell me something I don't know. Aside from all the "ignore the past" crap.

You grow up and move on.

The End.

No one ever said your life was going to be easy. And expecting a magical answer from a forum isn't a very logical move.

Hiding the boddies is the hard part.

It's good to be me... I run two part time jobs, not enough to live on my own, but enough to feed me anime and computer parts. I don't need to save up for college cause I was lucky enough to have had a nice mutual fund since I was 4, my amv editing tech is always upbeat and lively so I use that as a way to reflect my lifestyle...

I usually run up to people who like to say, "get real", "get a normal JOB", "that'll never happen", "wake up you're dreaming", etc. etc.

I just say, "why should I associate myself with losers like you?" I want to be rich with no financial problems, a beautiful wife, 2 kids, a great house, a nice car, no worries... [yes I still dream]

"Get real Omni, it's not going to happen" is the voice I hear echoing inside your minds. Guess what, I don't think that way. I don't think the way losers do. Do you think people win the olympics because they thought the way normal people do? Do you think millionares think the way normal people do? Bill Gates wasn't born rich. Winners don't have to be the smartest people in the world. Normal people in truth are depressed people. I live with a dream in the future, to be financially independent and in doing so, destroy about 90% of a human's problems...

I graduated High School, I'm in college [my grades have been on a roller coaster ride, but I'm known to bounce back] I've won many awards in Martial Arts and I'm a man who never backs down...

I will win damnit... And knowing this, and thinking this, yes, I'm going to live my life happily... Those of you who wish to be friends with me when I'm a millionare, just say "hi" ^_^
you should be a motivational speaker cuz u got me all inspired-like and stuff.
Me? A speaker? I listen to them quite a bit. If I can earn a black belt, get the crap beat out of me, [if it's short of broken bones, I've suffered it in Karate training, bloody noses, lips, black eyes, etc.], fail in some classes/jobs, and yet bounce back, what's wrong with me?! It's good to be someone who doesn't know when to quit... ^_^

Oh yeah, I like listening to motivational speakers. My mom plays it a lot and since she hates headphones, I had no choice but listen to them too! ^_^

Martial arts isn't the only thing you need really. You are what you think you are.

About those other posts about "ignore the past". That's not true. It's like sticking your hurtful feelings in a bottle and waiting for them to kill you in the future...

In Zen Training, I've learned, accept the past. Accept your mistakes. Don't forget it. You know what went wrong. Maybe not how to fix it, but now, it doesn't matter. The past is alive in your mind cause you WANT it to be. So the past hurts, let it hurt for a bit. I heard from some motivational speakers who have suffered and entered rehab, there's one line that if you remember this, your life becomes easier...

For all the shit that life throws at you remember, "This too shall pass..."

Sparring at tournaments, [fake judges who you KNOW are cheating], College Professors who just can't teach, idiots on this forum, I've always been the outcast ever since grade school...

Then a wise proverb I heard from somewhere told me something... "Those who refuse to follow, are destined to lead..."

This doesn't apply to everything though, you have to know how to apply it. In this context, should someone tell you that you are a loser, and you believe it, you lose. Don't follow those people... [there's more of them out there than people who believe in you]

Some of you people should read the book "The Power of One"... The movie release of it I thought was badass too...

One person can move the hearts of many. It all depends on how powerful they think they are...

Clever. I'll bet you don't know the basics of being a loser. I'm an expert.
