frankly my mom likes shows like Gargoyles and doesn't take to well to the anime on tv. She sees them as weird cartoons or funky haired people, or they all look the same...given when she said that she saw the people from DBZ...who thanx to Toriyama's redundance use of the same character designs...thats all very well true.

She doesn't nag me over it though, she does thing at times I waist my money on dvd's...well not the fact they are anime..but the fact that I tend to buy a lot....

meh, you guys are lucky, a friend of mine who's really into anime can't spend any money on it, or download fas subs. he uses his brothers computer, so if he downloads anything his brother delets it, and his parents yell at him for buying stuff. Well it's mostly card games that they don't like, he was, or possibly still is really into Yu gi-oh. so all he gets is whats on tv, i feel so sorry for that poor guy.

but yea, omni .. show your parents BB ... watch the shit hit the fan ... you'd be even more fucked if you were in an italian family ... tehy like throwing shoes ... (ie. the imfamous heat seaking slipper) ... i don't care what art you know, or how well you know it. Nothing stops the heat seaking slipper ... even if you hide behind a door it'll wait for you to peek outside before it hits you... god is it ever scary sometimes ...

I keep tellingmy parents that if they offered me up as a blood sacrafice when i was born desert storm, 9/11 and lots of other shit would have never happened becasue it was all my fault ... i don't kow how but it was ... and at this point the eye comes into play and i either shut up or get out of the way ... who knows ... maybe they may be missing my sarcasm

I have one brother, and he's older and out of the house. I find being younger harder.

My Dad traveled a lot more when ym brother was my age, so he didn't see him as much as he sees me now. How they think is, "Well we already raised one kid, so I guess that's just the way it goes" So if I ever do anyhting to get int robuel, that my brother didn't do, they find it unfathemable, and my punishment is way out there. And since my Dad sees me more than he saw my brother, he catches more things that I do, that he never caught with my brother. So basicly there's just your every day teenage boy shit that he doesn't understand, and I get an ass loud of crap for it.

man that sucks ... i'm lucky, my dad was a fuckingnut case when he was my age. He looks at me and because i'm nearly the exact opposite of him when he was my age, he thinks he did some thing right ... well unlike him, i haven't put 4 in the hospital by the age of 17 ... but any ways, my dads a heavy equipment operator, so he works fucked up hours and i never got to see him an awful lot, so for whatever reason i'm afraid to talk with him ... for no logical reason ... it's jsut an ingrained fear of mine.

But any ways, my dad never really cares too much about what i do, if i ask odds are he'lllet me do it. my mother onthe other hand ... she shits a brick whenever i tell her i'm going for a bike ride ... all becacuse my uncles brother had to write himself off on a motorcycle 5 months ago ... thanks Frank ...

ok that was wrong ... Frank was nice guy with some bad luck ... i guess that all.

My Mom watches some Anime with me. She really liked I My Me! Strawberry Eggs, and Cowboy Bebop: The Movie...

My Aunt also watches anime with me when she comes down. We watch a lot of anime...

My Brother also enjoys Anime... Even though he is 30 and should have moved out and gotten a job, he hasn't. He was out of the house for oh lets say about 5 years when he joined the navy, then he divorced his wife and moved back to the west coast. now he lives at home and hogs the Xbox...
