Tell me I'm not going crazy...[VA identification]

Ok, is the voice for Sendo Takashi (the Western Japanese Champion in Hajime no Ippo) Onosaka Masaya? He's the guy that did Vash in Trigun, the larger form of Kero-chan from Sakura, and Momo-chan senpai from Prince of Tennis. Please, some one let me know. I can't find a complete voice cast from Ippo and I'm pretty sure it's him, but I'l like to know that I'm not hearing things. Thanks ^_^

You've got good ears. Click the link above if you want confirmation on this but it has it listed that it is indeed Onosaka Masaya as Sendo Takeshi. Guess it isn't too uncommon, since this series has the same Studio, Director, and Composer as Trigun, and they probably used the same talent pool for the voices too. BTW, I just finshed the whole series myself & Champion Road too boot.

Shonen series like this are a dying breed and I hope they decide to make another TV series covering the other half of the manga. Oh, well. I at least got "Kimura vs. Mashiba: Execution" to look forward too. Can't wait until Infusion posts it. ^_^
"Years ago, a friend told me something. That if you play rock, you die at 27. Janis Joplin. Jim Morrison. Jimi Hendrix. So I figured, hell, I'll die at 27 too...but then my 28th birthday came and passed. I was disappointed...shit, I wasn't a rocker after all...but there are tons of grey-haired skeletons out there with canes out there still rocking hard. So I took that way of thinking that death was something cool...and tossed it."

i heard from somewhere that the voice actress for Rei Ayanami and Faye Valentine is one and the same. is it true? (forgot her name)

Onosaka Masaya als does Icchan in Angelic Layer.

Megumi Hayashibara has done tons of stuff. Stuff I can remember off the top of my head:

Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop)
Rei Ayanami (Evangelion)
Lina Inverse (Slayers)
Ana Kyoyama (Shaman King)
Cat Girl Nuku Nuku (Multiple Purpose Cat Girl Nuku Nuku)
Urashima Haruka (Love Hina)
Girl-type Ranma (Ranma 1/2)
Tira Misu (Sorcerer Hunters)
Lime (Saber Marionette J)
Amano Ai (Video Girl Ai)
Lucy (Macross Plus)
Reality is for people who lack imagination.
