NEW RULE: Forum signatures shall be no greater than two images high, or one image high and two lines of text, or four lines of text; any sig exceeding these limits will be removed without warning.

First of all, you have spaces between your tags and the URL so the image won't appear. Second, your sig is too tall.

I wrote that before i put spaces between the tags.(i realized it's too big *sigh*)
