does anyone know if there are any anime conventions near Stoke-on-Trent that let in 13 year olds?

Most conventions I know let in anyone of pretty much any age. The only ones I can think of that don't are Yaoicon and Yuricon because of adult material. I have no idea where Stoke-On-Trent is so I can't help you there, but you might wanna check out fansview.com for con listings ^^

There are relatively few cons in England, but if you try http://www.amecon.org.uk/, Amecon seems like a good con and I'm sure the travel isn't so bad as to be impossible. I don't know what their age policy is, though.
