Gundam Wing - Episode 48
OKay, in episode 48 Duo is looking for the scientists inside Libra. When he opens up the first cell, what does he find in there?

Is this a trick question? Duo wasn't looking for the scientists on Libra - as far as anyone knew, the scientists died when Quatre detonated Zero. You don't learn that White Fang kept them alive and used them to build Libra until Duo finds them by accident - hence his shock when he looks in the cell and realizes who is in there. The scientists were the last people he expected to find alive and on Libra of all places. ^_^;

Not a trick question. I heard that he finds two yaoi people in there, before he finds the scientists. I don't understand.

One more thing...
How could he not know that they were there? I mean, the scientists were the ones to build the Mercurius and the Vayeate, and he's the one that actually destroyed them.

The scientists created those suits, but the instructions were still in OZ's database. Just think - Quatre made Wing Zero going by the doctors' notes - he didn't need the doctors to be there to make it, he just went according to the plans. The White Fang faction could have done the same thing with those other two suits that the doctors made. There was no reason for anyone to suspect the scientists were still alive and being used by White Fang.
If you note what Duo says to the doctors and their response to him, you'll catch that he is surprised to see them alive. And they explain then that they've been on Libra all along.
I don't know who told you there was something sexual in that cell, but it's not true. ^_^;; He found the scientists while he was looking for Heero on Libra - that's why when it shows him again after that funny clip, he's inside that cell talking to them.

I should add - you know Duo was surprised that they remade those two suits because they tell him they were the ones who remodeled them. And Duo's response is angry surprise - "So I have you to thank for that." He didn't know they'd made those suits - he never saw either of them before (he was in a cell when they were being piloted on the Lunar base). So until the doctors told him, he had no idea they'd fixed them up again. All he knew was what Hilde told him - that the prototypes for those suits were made by the doctors who made the Gundams - and he assumed that meant the original designs - not the new mobile 'doll' models.
Another clue that they didn't realize the doctors were there - the beam cannon. The doctors admit they designed it and then rigged it so it has to be fixed after each blast - Duo is again surprised to hear they had a hand in it.
