Free???
NO!!! No Warez!!!
Don't ask!!!
As for a cheaper version... Yes, you could get an educational version which is exactly the same thing but cheaper and for college students!
You can either ask your college bookstore on how to acquire the educational version or look at some educational software websites.

Check out the EADFAG software page for links to free and good rippers.
But don't expect anyone to help you get Premiere for free.
Personally, I suggest getting one of your parents interested enough in video editing that they want to buy it themselves.

There is actually a thread for software prices, you could go read it.....
Premiere 249.oo
Premiere 229.oo
Or what I'd reccomend if you can afford it: Collection 1 and collection 2
Go read the Guides Pay particular attention to Absolute Destiny and Ermacs page.

No that won't work. Adobe has put in special software that detects multiple installations and causes your cd-rom drive to overscan, resulting in a broken cd-rom drive, and your registry might have some problems too.Pyeha Pictures wrote:thanks for the tip. hmmmmmm now that i think of it my brother might have adobe premiere. if he brings it over could i instal it on my comp. or is like a one time disc that u can use over again?
I understand they are currently in litigation over this very issue.
Play it safe and buy your own legitimate versions, then you get all the supoort, updates, patches and online tutorials.

So if I wanted to reinstall my adobe products after like... a reformat, I risk the chance of fudging over my cd-rom?

WTH? I installed the copy my father got as part of their Video Collection, and I know he's installed it on his comp back home since then, and neither one of us have been having problems... (this was back in December if that makes a difference...)madbunny wrote:No that won't work.
