You didn't estimate the value of your collection

Cost of my collection...
About: $5700+ (without any tax, just an estimate)

And a lot of the ones I have cost $29.95 because that was the price of a DVD at the time. Now they're much cheaper...

Prices in my collection ranged from $2 to $150+
That Saber Marionette Limited Collection Signed by the character designer cost quite a bit...

Yes but you see, I sadly only make around 15K per year. Now take in to account I pay $8400 per year in rent. Then add in Taxes, utilities, food, gas, cons, and computer essentials... that means that I spend more on anime per year than I do on food, let alone personal hygiene.

That is why I don't buy retail.
Also why I buy so much footage on LD, it's on average $5 per disc. 8)

With the $475, add 40 for the Animazement fee. The hotel is about 80. I will spend probably around 40 for 2 costumes, and ill get to take about 100 to the convention and I'll spend it ALL. I wanted to add this now because this may not be an active post at the end of May, lol.

New total= $735

This contest is only about anime collections. Not manga, not anime related toys, not con money spent, just anime collection. If we included cons and manga, mine would be well in 16k or so.
