"(Extra Volume) - Carddass Perfect File Part 2" is its full title.

It's essentially the ninth daizenshuu (eight and nine are dedicated to the Carddass series of collectable cards in Japan). Here's a listing and cover scans of all the various daizenshuu (and tons of other Japanese / American DragonBall books):

And how much did you pay for it?

The price tag says 980yen (approx. $8.00 U.S.)

I was also confused by the "dasu". I almsot thought it was continuing into the next line to say "supa" - something. Oh well.
