I'm new to the world of AMVs...[where should I start?]

There are lots of books on the subject. A great magazine for us is Maximum PC. They test the latest parts and have good articals to help get the most out of your hardware. Check them out on line.

speaking of magazines, i subscribe a magazine called PC world.
its site has some pretty cool programs that can tune up your PC

I've been subscribed to PC world for many years, it's great but pricey. Maximum PC is 12 bucks a year.
