MAGIX : Movie Edit Pro 2004 . costs $99 or $89 if ya get the online version (but get the normal version, it comes with an extra disk ful of well, fansy stuff, plus ya get the program itself on disk, which is allways beter than downloading) . its a great vid editor, has kick-ass audio editing and a seriosly sexu/cool gui. awsome program, go buy it

Try going on E-bay and bidding on Premiere 6 / 6.5 / Pro / Pro 1.5 etc... I got my version of Premiere (full version) for just over 100 bucks!

Thats of course if you want Premiere...

then again with ebay ya never know if the damn thing is actualy gona work or if its scratched. and some guy could just give you a disk with the trial version of it and a keygen, ya just aint know.

Well I forgot to mention that if you do chose the E-Bay route...make sure you are bidding on something from a guy with a respectable trade rating. Also (like mine) make sure there is a 15 or so trial period to make sure everything works well.

Don't bid from people with little or no experience on E-Bay.
