I love the GMs from Mobile Suit Gundam, especially the redesigned ones first seen in Gundam 0080.
Add to the list the Jegan (Char's Counterattack), the Doberman (Bubblegum Crisis 5), the title mecha from Dairugger XV: The Armored Squadron (aka vehicle team Voltron), Mazinger Z, and the venerable VF-1A!

Gasaraki's are cool. I've only seen clips, not the series, but the mechas were pretty.
Escaflowne rocks. I especially liked the interface system in the movie, even though I thought the movie wasn't better than the series, with the exception of psycho Van (he rocked!).
