I think that the biggest flaw of your rules is that you're not even telling them how they will be judged.
Castor Troy had a small group of friends who were basically disconnected from the Org judge. Which is totally different from what I can imagine is just you deciding who's is better.
Honestly, this isn't Windows Movie Maker Challenge 2; this is just a WMM Contest. There doesn't need to be a "2." Unless you say "The Second WMM Contest on the Org;" since these organizations are not related whatsoever.

My questions for the coordinator.
Do you have any idea what you are getting into?
Judging by your join date, do you have any experience running these kind of things or much experience in amvs?
Have you actually seen how a real contest is run? or even an established online one?
Why no real prizes?
It doesn't sound like much thought has been put into this at all and I'm complaining for the sake of the dignity of all the editors.
You can do what you want but if you don't want to piss off and discourage all the people entering your contest, put alot more thought into what you're doing and actually have some sort of knowledge on it.
