right now it's running really slow, but in about an hour there should be a ton of seeds and it should pick up a lot more... There are 19 people downloading who are at 96%.

Predistro, or predistribution, is exactly that: distro before the public release. It means you have more than one seed to work from, and speeds up the entire torrent.
