Serika from To Heart could be considered a goth I guess.

You're making too big of a deal of this. I personally don't think it's an anime - and I quote:
I don't consider Teen Titans an anime.

I'm not telling you it's not, I'm saying that's what I think. It's my opinion.

And in my second post, I explained WHY I don't consider it an anime - because of the style. I don't care if it is really is an anime or not - I consider it the same as other cartoons such as Batman, or Spiderman. The whole "I think it was made by an American company" bit is just a guess. It's just me. That's what I think. Leave it at that, alright?

Are you even AWARE that you're posting right now or are you stuck in some kind of bizzaro realm where you just watch yourself doing things from a distance?

Really, have a bit of self reflection why don't you.
I personally don't think it's an ani<snip>
Look, I think we all get it, you either type without thinking or you're trying to backpedal, either way it doesn't really matter. *shrugs*

You should have just replied and said something like, "That didn't really come out right, LET ME CLARIFY". Your problem seems to be that you think everyone who reads your posts is some kind of a mind reader. People only know what you say. So most of the time it's what you SAY not what you MEAN. If you keep that in mind when you're typing and if you take the time to reread your post BEFORE you hit "submit" you can dramatically cut down on any potential negative feedback that you're going to foster when you say something that is plainly read as being racist.

BTW, for future reference, in order for something to become a "big deal", it usually takes at LEAST two people, not one. Keep that in mind while you're flailing your lil virtual finger around looking to incite blame.

You seem far more upset than either one of us Korova, perhaps you should just chill a little and don't invovle yourself. A lil bit of bickering here and there is quite healthy you know, however if it agitates you to the point where you simply can't stand yourself anymore...that's when you need to let it go and just read what you WANT rather than what offends you. I don't believe anyone is forcing you to read either mine nor *inverse*'s posts, are they Korova?

im probably the worst judge of anime, but it seems to me that whats anime is all relative anyways, conidering, yes, its a style out of a certain place, but what if it has all the style qualities, just not the location?

as far as i no, anime is just cartoons with big eyes, but whats with the whole falling down thing when someone tells a bad joke? or when people get really really big heads when theyre angry and/or frustrated? or the big drip of sweat when they do somethin stupid?

*Hatter goes to bed.*

Just as a suggestion, this would probably make for a very good NEW topic, something with a subject line like, "What Is Anime". I'm sure it's been done before on the .org, but hey, if you haven't seen it, it's new to you. Plus there's always room for fresh perspectives.
