I would like to go to an actual restaurant anyway. I will be driving and will be able to fit 2 more people in my car if we need to leave downtown.

I suppose when one of you Pre-reg people get your Otakon bag of goodies, you can look at the restaurant listing then?

I can fit 3 more (4 if we have someone small) in mine if need be.
I'd really like to go out too if possable.

Really the big thing is what do people want to eat? And how much are we looking to spend? It's pretty easy to figure out a place to go if we can at least decide on that.

Myself I'll eat anything you throw out at me. And I'm comfy with something around $20 a person or less.

Well, I'll be at the Convention center by 7:30 for sure.. Since I doing panels, I dont get to pick up my badge until Firday Morning so I'll be pretty much free... But if there is to be a meeting, where at the Convention center will be the place to meet?

It is kind of annoying how they changed that last minute to being Friday morning.
For anyone that didn't already know, even though I'm the assistant coordinator I'm still only an associate on paper. At least I still own my soul!

Pratt Street Lobby, 7:30pm Thursday.

That's where the line starts for Pre-Reg Pickup and we have met out front there in the past.
Pre-reg starts at 5pm, so 2.5 hours should be a good amount of time for you to get your badges.

If anyone has any issues with this just say so. It's not written in stone at this point, but we need some sort of base to work off of. This seems to be as good a place as any to start from.

Lets not make it the actual lobby, but the area right infront of the lobby. The part that is outside. People will probaly be lined up so look for a group of people that are just hanging around not in a line. Its hard to pick a place right now when we don't know what kind of food everyone likes and whatnot. There are some easy things like uno's or something we can go to. Or we can do it cheap as well and hit MacDonalds or Subway. It depends on everyone's mood. I'd rather a restaurant, but that is just me. Anyway. I only got a few emails from people with cells. If you want to be on this list before I send it out email me at mckeen@alum.rpi.edu.

Misty- I know you have a cell, but i don't have your number from the last time that I had it. Can you send it to me?

It's be a LONG time since I've been to Baltimore, but it seems to me there were quite a few restaurants along the Inner Harbor, which is within walking distance from the Con, right?

All kidding aside though.... yeah guys, not IN the lobby.... outside by the concrete pillers at the drive way (but not in the road either

Hi all, I know many haven't seen me in quite some time. But I was just rising from the dead to say count me in for the gathering. I'm leaving at around 4 from Jersey, so I should make it down with enough time to get my pre-reg and find you all.

Wow, this all sounds really cool and all, I'd like to join you guys, but... It's getting a little close to the wire. I have alot of work to do tomorrow before we ship out at around 5 AM Thursday morning... If we can all get in line by 3, I'll see if my friends (I'm going to be with the 2 members of AMV slave, possibly my right hand man at Arcadia and another friend) want to do it too... It really all depends. I'd like to get more active in the AMV community and actually make friends with alot of you when I start doing the contest thing next year. (I intend to be alot more active and actually get my videos done. You'll see. ^_^' )

Ok guys since most people are leaving later today/tomorrow morning, I'm going ahead and posting the 7:30pm Pratt street lobby meeting to the AMV mailing list and the Otakon AMV mailing list.

And if I don't talk to any of you before then, I'll see you all Thursday night.
