Thank you! I envy your style though. The only reason I draw chibi is because I have such a hard time with proportion. One of these days, I'll really work on my technique, and hopefully be able to draw characters as perfectly as you can ^__^
And I agree with Korova - those are absolutely amazing pictures for a 7th grader! Can you imagine how good she could be if she keeps it up?

Yes, colored pencil. She quit doing anime a couple of years ago to do portrait work of her school freinds.
I'm hoping to get her to do some more anime. One idea, to try doing pictures of friends as anime, like a caricture, might be fun.

Man that's tough though.I'm hoping to get her to do some more anime. One idea, to try doing pictures of friends as anime, like a caricture, might be fun

i draw myself animestyle all the time. its easy, as long as you can pick out the traits you want to emphasize. ill post one when i get the chance to scan it.
When I was a kid, my father only gave me a brick to play with. If I complained about the brick, he would dropkick me in the throat and I'd realize how ungrateful I was being...
