What should I use to compress my amv to the 100MB requirment

Virtual Dub Mod and Xvid. Use this method.

Dont compress your audio with Premiere it sucks, instead use somthing like virtuadub to compress your audio and add it to your video. I just use primiere to edit I use Virtuadub for all my compression.
