Define "Sexual Nudity"...

But his "Torn" video is, and it has nude shots of Mima...they aren't sexual in nature though, they were just from that part when she posed for the photographer....it shows EVERYTHING though.

Yeah, nudity is ok, it's when it's potrayed in sexual acts that it isn't. I haven't seen that anime, but from what you say it's ANYTHING but sexual.

To be honest I think "sexual nudity" is self defining - remember this is "Nudity which is sexual" not "Nudity which is sexy".

Being nude does not always mean sexual. Someone bathing isn't sexual (even if that person is Sexy). Someone playing with themself while bathing, is sexual (even if they are NOT sexy

).

The erotic still picture issue is slightly more problematic but I think the same principle can be applied - if they arent actually doing anything sexual (or having anything sexual done to them) then it's not sexual nudity.

Nadia hugging Jean in Secret of Blue Water is not sexual. Gendo plunging his hand into Rei's breast is not sexual. It's fanservice, but it's not sexual. Of course a music video can try and *make* that footage sexual through context but we dont make rules based purely on context.

So where does Perfect Blue fall with this? I know of quite a few locally hosted videos that use nudity in a sexual situation although none of them are designed to be sexy, usually quite the reverse in fact.

Thanks for all the input everyone. I finally took the risk and posted it, but from what you've all said, it wasn't that big of a risk after all. I'm just happy to finally have "Love" up here. ^_^
