I so don't know how i forgot this...the hilarious fanservice anime called Colorful has a girl riding her bike and the wind blows and her skirt flys up

Robin in Witch Hunter Robin rides a bike after in the later episodes, after episode 15 to be exact. (Plus she wears her skin tight black body suit and that magical helmet that can fit over her werid hairstyle.

There's a scene in Fullmetal Alchemist (episode 16, I think) with Al riding a bike. Acutally, someone's "wearing" him and riding a bike - but it's really cute.

The big dude was a motorcycle cop, but the girls had one of those motorized micro bikes (whatever they're called). Fujishima has a thing for motorcycles (ref. Ah! My Goddess).

Many bicycle scenes are in Elf Princess Rane. Wacky stuff.
