- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

This video is technically great, but really hard for me to enjoy.
If the effects had more variety and if you relied on syncing action in the scenes rather than the effects (like turning the noise on and off and hexagons; you know what I mean), it would have held my attention better. The lack of extreme variety in the effects is also unfortunate. It's still a very well made video, however.

I actually like the "lack of variety" in effects because it gives the video a good sense of unity. Personally, I think that the differences in geometry and color schemes for each characters is enough.Maverick-Rubik wrote:This video is technically great, but really hard for me to enjoy.

It seemed more like a demo trailer for a video game than a music video. It's kind of hard to tell what exactly you were going for. If you were going for just a really techy, little-substance, effects show, than that's cool. If you were going for an actual music video, than.. eeeeeeeeeeeehh.....
I also agree on the lack of variety in the effects. A lot of the motion, shapes, etc. looked duplicated throughout the entire thing (not ALL of it mind you, just quite a few things)

Definately interesting, and geez, @_@ I can only imagine the patience that must have taken, it looks so tedious.
The only complaint from me would be that in some sections, (Neji's in particular) soooo much was going on, it was hard to follow and my eyes couldn't find a stable focus.
But still very snazzy

Cool video. It's obvious that you put a lot of effort into it, resulting in a nice display of effects while demonstrating unique character techniques. Sometimes it's hard to see the characters' actions amidst all of the overlays, however, and things get a little repetitive during the second half of the vid. Otherwise, I think the quality of your editing is pretty high, so keep up the good work.
