In Megas XLR, two famous ships's stems popped out of the Megas on two different occassions (one per time), dealing massive damage to enemy ships when revealed. What were the ships, and in which order did they appear?

^_^

The first one to appear was the bow of the Yamato (or the Argo, depending on your persuasion), sticking out of Megas' chest and firing the Wave Motion Gun, during the pilot episode. (Being an otaku whose first real exposure to anime was Star Blazers, this moment was permanently engraved in my memory!! :o :D  :P   )

The second one to appear was the SDF-1 Macross, and the Reflex Cannon.

If there was ever a show that I wish Cartoon Network would return to the air, and/or be released on DVD, Megas is it. IMO, BEST DAMN ANIME PARODY EVER!!

He's obviously right, but I just wanted to officially say so.

On a side note, I was having histarics when the Yamato popped out of the Megas, but I was litterally jumping up and down on my bed in my dormroom when the SDF-1's main cannon came out and fired (there is nie a more terrifying site than a 19-year old jumping on his bed shouting "OH MY GOD! IT'S THE SDF-1; THEY SHOWED THE SDF-1!!!")

Okay, from one "BEST DAMN ANIME PARODY, EVAR" to ANOTHER! (Can't believe I forgot about this -- must have been the heat of the moment . . .)

Yes, this question comes from the Quack Experimental Anime Excel Saga. This question has NOT been approved by the original author, Koshi Rikdo.

What Koshi Rikdo DID "approve" was to turn the animated Excel Saga into a different type of show or genre (even if it WAS just for one episode). For example, episodes of Excel Saga were turned into (but certainly NOT limited to):

B-movie Action Flick
Detective Show
Drama about Social Problems
Heart-Throbbing Love Comedy
Horror
Sci-Fi Show
Sports Anime
Survival Drama
Youth Drama

THE QUESTION: That list of types of shows/genres? Rearrange it in episode order.
