Adobe Premier 6.0
Hi, i was advised to adobe premier 6.0 instead of movie maker, as it is better. But i can't honestly see whats so good. I download a clip but it doesnt support that format. Is there a plug in i can download so i can import the format: .wmv Most of my clips are using that format. Is there such a plug in?, if not then i will continue to use Microsoft Movie Maker.

Premier is probably the leading PROFFESIONAL video editor and has probably been so for some time. Trust me, it's better than movie maker.
Regarding premier and codecs, like Windows Media Video (.wmv), it's troublesome. Premier should be able to work with most formats if you've got your codecs setup right. I've only edited in premier using the HuffYuv, DivX and XviD codecs.
Premier is great in termes of interface. It's quite simply very handy when it comes to editing.
