he probably does have an extremely good musical taste.

soad isn't for everyone, and you either love them or hate them. what people have a hard time distinguishing is between bands they hate, and bands that are crap.
eg: soad, some hate them some love them, but they are incredibly talented. Rammstein; musically they are tonedeaf noise pollution, but i still like them because of their simple riffs and stage antics.

Wolfwood is free to dislike soad, but i won't hear a bad word against their skill.

They're okay i guess. I don't like too many of their songs though since Serj has an odd accent to me. I like the song Chop Suey by them though!^^ (my sis hates them though, especially that song.. T_T)

Ooo, anyone seen that weird music video on VOD by Buckethead and Serj? I forgot what it's called, but it's one of the silliest videos i've ever seen. Ignore the song if you don't like it and just pay attention to the video. It was really weird and silly! XD (idk if it's still up there though, but i think it is..)

Azagthoth has a distinctive style of writing. That still doesn't overshadow the fact that Sandoval has more talent in his left hand than any members of SOAD do.
