yeah, Sakura con was awesome! i'm glad i went. it's too bad i could only go for saturday though...they already have the 07 site put up so i'm making plans to head there again for all three days! my friend and i basically spent most of our time in the shopping area and splurged our butts off buying all these awesome stuff! can't wait until next year! 8-)

I am home and I am gonna be going to bed, I have officially lost my voice, probably wandering somewhere between here and Seattle, hitch hiking to sacremento (LOL)

kinda fell ill after my saturday/sunday/monday shift (kinda was awake for 40 hours straight and my body is nothappy about it, and neither is my irlfriend, I got in serious trouble)

so I am gonna sleep soon

I am glad you enjoyed Sakura-Con and ask that if you have any suggestions for improvement please dont hold them back, we are always looking for ways to improve, and fresh minds bring fresh ideas and all ideas are always welcome.

On the Sakura-Con Message Board I have a thread in the AMV Section on ideas to better improve the way the submission website works

This year was honestly the best I hgave seen things run (been with the group since 1998) and the first time I ever seen what I did

I have never seen an inversion between Pre-Reg and Registration, usually pre Reg is the short fast line, and I am sure that our lovely manager will bring up ideas, but if you have any suggestions, please feel free to leave them with me in an email through amv@sakuracon.org

I got home last night.

Overall, Sakura-Con was great...

The AMV blocks had a full audiance on Friday and 2/3 full for AMV Hell and the fun & Upbeat block! Considering that the second largest room, that great!

Next year we're now pushing for a reasonably sized 24 hour AMV room. In the gripe session, it was brought up to have one and everyone stood up and applauded...

I was there! The AMV contest was pretty cool, but judging was so hard...

Hard because I liked too many to choose just one with ease. ;)
