I know I have been silent for a while now, it is because I have commitments that are under my own control. But I cannot say what they are, because they are off-topic.
Anyway, I wanted to make sure about something. I have developed an idea all around this one piece of music, and I need to know what anime fits bestly with this peice of music.

How are you looking to approach this?
I could easily see this being super-sappy and utterly serious but the slow tempo, 1970's production values and style (which is not a bad thing) and strong vocals almost cry out for a broad slapstick comedy video.
Final aside: "LEGALIZE your anime"? Huh? Perhaps you mean "buy legal DVDs and products".
