Re: i get it
Try listening to your music first and just let the ideas come to you. It might work. Then again, it might not.soulcalibur1234567890 wrote:Lol that's probably true, rap is hard to match and the majority of this site isn't really into rap.
I tried making a rap video mainly because the beat was amazing in my opinion but the lyrics were not very good( crap acually ).
Thanks for the answer.

A lot of people hear really aren't into the hip-hop/rap scene. they see it from a generalized perspective or don't listen to it all, therefore, it doesn't show up in too many videos. Plus, rap synching is hard.
I say if you want to see more rap videos, don't talk about it. Step out of the box and do something.

I have one sort of hip hop movie to FFX and X-2 mainly focused around the Charlie Angels appearance of FFX-2, but I know I am new here but I like to give opionions so anyways, to me, Anime is more of a metal or rock genre, I mainly only get into Final Fantasy, but I have seen some movies with this done with pop and hip hop and it just does not go, with the exception of the real emotions concert on FFX-2, and that is just depending. Most of the anime cartoons I have seen have the same feel, a more metal or rock genre, and I find that most people who get into anime usually are people who are into that genre of music. You can find plenty of them on the net done to rap or hip hop, but I am telling most of the time it just not fit with the video

Well when it all comes down to it you have to be really, really picky with using rap in an AMV. All of it will not come out right and trust me I've seen some results it. So far I've only used one song and I think it was justified. Most of the other ones you hear, you'll just have better luck making HMVs with them.
