At the bottom of the page, there should be some options like LOCAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, or NONE. If it says NONE, you can't download it from here. Try contacting the creator or someone who left an opinion about sending it to you. If it's one of the other things, try reading this:

Seriously though, next time, take a look around before you post on the forums. The Guides are specifically there to help you with things like this and there's at least one thread about this every week (or so it seems).
