probly not since im one of the Magix Studio Pro, Adobe Premier, Vegas etc users.^^;

Im a fan of rap music though and i look forward to seeing the finished project.

I probally can help you out if you need any dj sound effects

Hey, thanks for your interest, but sorry, can't get on this one without WMM. I will, however, make sure you get on the next. Yes, there will be a Vol 2, and hopefully many more! And as for those DJ sound effects, send 'em to me. : ) I may be able to use them.

Well, everyone, after 2 and a half days of hard work( two days for the actual video, the rest needed for song editing) I have compiled the sample video. Now before you go clicking the link, let me point on some things. I placed some voice samples over the begining of each track. This was done to represent me talking at the start of your video. I didn't have time to get into the studio and record myself, so I just DLed some random speech clips to add the effect. Just pretend I'm boosting your vid up in my own words. Lol. You know, get the feel and idea; that's the purpose of the speechess on this sample. Secondly, and MOST importantly are the video transitions from one video to another. Notice how I tried to have a video transition onto the tail end of the previous video, and how the song from the previous video is still playing for a few seconds before the new song for the new video starts. That is the ideal way I want to translate. There are two things that will have to fall perfectly into place for that to be so, though. Firstly, I need to know if I can edit the songs in the same fashion I edited the ones in the sample vid, so that they average a minute or so. I've decided to edit all the songs to end around the 1:40 mark. Give or take some seconds depending on how the beat falls. E-MAIL ME YOUR SONGS!! If you haven't.. >.>

Secondly, we will have to communicate ALOT with eachother to do the transitions like I have done. Its not that its hard or anything, the timing just has be right. Lets get together and decide what the turn order will be, so you can get with the person before you and decide how they should end their vid so you can come in. The good thing is, the margin in which you come in is not large (5-15 secs, remember) so it shouldn't be too tough.

When making your vid focus on ending it in a way where the next person can jump onto it before "actually starting" their vid when the beat drops. It'll make more sense when you see it in action. Also, I'm trying to decide if I should wait till you all make your videos to edit the songs, or should I edit them now, and then give them to you so that you can make your vids. Because if we're going to transition like this, you have to know when and where the person before you ends their vid so you can come in. And for you to know that, the songs have to be cut up so that they end faster; we only have a minute, remember? .x.x. Yea, its starting to get a little complicated, but it will look nice. Anyway, let me know which option sounds best to you and we'll go from there. I'm choosing the latter. Anyway, if my lil plan becomes a problem, we'll just try something else. I'm open to change once failure is obtained. Lol. And hey, I'm learning this day by day, so I expect to make mistakes.
