I would very much like to attend again this year. I'm not quite sure when the staff meeting will finish (and if someone mentioned it somewhere in this thread, I didn't see it ), and also not sure if my slav... er directors will need me then, either.
If it winds up being too late for the walk (I am NOT walking there on my own again...) I'll just hop in the car and drive over there. Sucks that they ripped up the short(er) route.

Man I saw this a week ago and thought "its already too late to join in". and it sucks now cause the class i usually have on thursdays is cancelled.
If you guys are interested in a pizza place you could drop by Taste of New York. Its a small pizza place thats makes their pizzas right in front of you. the place is pretty small though. estimate that they could serve a maximum of 42 people (and about 10-15 parking spaces I'll get the exact count later). the biggest reason that i'm suggesting this is because the food is incredible (and i work there).
The only sad thing is that they open at 11:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM each day and closed on sundays. So that means its not a viable second choice.
I'm not sure if we can serve 42 people all at once. However if a group around at most 30 people want to try out the place I'll provide directions (not that hard to get to as you just go north on Cobb Prkwy from the AWA) and a menu. Pizzas are big. up to 22 inches (the Jumbo) in diameter. you can also just buy slices at 2.15 + .70 per topping (for large slices). I'll prepare a full menu later.
any questions you guys can just drop a PM (better AIM cause i rarely check the PM)
Edit: Okay just talked to one of my coworkers. He says we are fully capable of serving 72+ people. And I'll take his advice since he has been in the resturant bussiness for awhile (along with a cook who served in the best of resturants) while I have only been working there for a week. So again any questions drop me a message.

I vote "Official AMV Chik-fil-A breakfast brunch" as a secondary. XD
Oh, and for you guys whining about "I wish I could've signed up.." Uh, if you can make it. Come.
We're not going to refuse to serve you. XD
