I was wondering if anyone knew what anime this was from, and if this anime were specifically made for this music video, what studio it was from? Looks really awesome.

That music video is in fact another one of Studio 4ºC's original short works directed by Daisuke Nakayama who also directed "Global Astroliner Number", one of the music video compilation of Amazing Nuts. The official website is found here:

I was more interested int hat intense makeout session and the girl(s) with the sword(s), but okay. Tanks are cool, too.
