Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

New Video - "Credit is Due"

Post by Soul Bro Ryu » Thu Jun 19, 2003 12:51 pm

For anyone interested in the hip-hop group GangStarr, I put one of their classic tracks to "Mobile Suit Gundam" as a tribute to the series. I'm looking for some insight on folks opinions on this video too, so if anyone has an opinion to donate, please do. ^_^

Thanks for your time and here's the link:
"Credit is Due" - Mobile Suit Gundam

BTW, for those interested in my other vids available here @ AMV (Locally) here are the links:

*"Window Seat" - Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam
*"SciFientifical Madness" - Chobits
*"Positive Contact" - Robotech: The Macross Saga
*"Eine Kleine Jazz Musik" - Cowboy Bebop

Dig it! "Yare, yare daze..."
"Years ago, a friend told me something. That if you play rock, you die at 27. Janis Joplin. Jim Morrison. Jimi Hendrix. So I figured, hell, I'll die at 27 too...but then my 28th birthday came and passed. I was disappointed...shit, I wasn't a rocker after all...but there are tons of grey-haired skeletons out there with canes out there still rocking hard. So I took that way of thinking that death was something cool...and tossed it."

Just out of curiosity, when a person looks to edit their own videos here at AMV and sees a Star rating next to their downloadable videos, what does that mean?

I got excited that someone might have reviewed one of them, and then realized they were still without any. Oh, well, there's always Anime Festival Orlando 4...

Star rating is like an opinion, only no words and it's annonymous. When you download a local video you can give it a star rating, anywhere from 1 to 5. And it shows up on you 'edit videos' page.
