LogoAway
Hey, I saw this plug-in for VirtualDub mentioned in the Guide for removing subtitles. But when I clicked the provided link, I got an error page. download.com found nothing on a search for "logoaway," and I'd rather not resort to Kazaa for software. I guess what I'm trying to say is...um... a little help? Please?

Have you already got the AMVapp and advancedAVS packs?

I either got it in them or from the link mentioned in zarxrax's guide... which doesn't appear to working at the moment

Aha! I know what I can do.
I was gonna just edit them out in Photoshop, frame by frame, but I wasn't sure how I'd get it to line up properly and still run smoothly, having to import each pic as an individual frame. I'll just make an animated gif file with them, set it to the same framerate as the video and voila! Cha-ching.
Too bad I'm feeling a bit too lethargic to do any work tonight. <saves the page for future reference>

I wouldn't suggest an animated gif... the quality would be crap or the filesize huge.

Yeh, even if you can get the subtitles blurred out and keep the rest of the picture moderately clear, the color of the blurred area is off from the rest of the picture.post-it wrote:Logo Away is too strong for many case's
I wish they had one with varible covering transparantcies instead of washing-out that location - but what kind of a person, besides me, would ever have a purpose for this application? 8) hint-hint!
Props to the guys that wrote that Guide, though. Once I got LogoAway, it was insanely easy to get the hang of, with the instructions y'all gave.
