anyone know of an anime where it follows the "bad" guy?

i wounder if there are any anti-hero type of anime

Well... I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but Cyber City OEDO centers on 3 criminals who are forced to do jobs to knock time off of their sentence. The manga was adapated into a 3 ep OAV.

I don't know if Golgo 13 would count either. He's a professional killer, but he usually is killing people worse than he is.

the 1st kenshin ova's .. during the war ... kenshin was an assassin .. neither side was "right" or "wrong" but since kenshin was part of the rebellion against the emperor , helping overthrow the government .. you can sorta call him an anti-hero. (in contrast to the shinsen gumi, who just tried to surpress the rebellion in the OVA)

dont bother flaming me if this isnt historically accurate .. enlighten me.

Jin-Roh, maybe? Although not technically a villain story, one could say it is about succumbing to the darker portions of man's psyche.

Because of kenshin being part of a rebellion against the shogunate, that would put him on the "good" side. By that time the japanese goverment was really opressing the people of japan; u can see that clearly on the intro of the OAV. i dont think that nobody can really say who was bad or wrong, cause they were all fighting for their own beliefs.

yea .. but didnt Hiko tell kenshin before he up and left that the war didnt have a "right" side or some shit like that .. (god i need to rewatch the ova's ... ill be back in about 2 hours
